New in Crivata: Business Mode and Real Talk Mode

Crivata Mate was built to help with quotes, follow-ups, pricing, and marketing. That part stays the same. That is now called Business mode.

But over time I kept thinking about something else.

Most of us work alone. We drive alone. We price jobs alone at the kitchen table. We deal with awkward clients alone.

And not many people really understand what that feels like.

Why I Added Real Talk

At home, your partner might care. Your friends might listen. But they do not fully get what it feels like when:

• a big quote gets ignored
• cashflow feels tight
• a client keeps pushing you
• you feel behind

Running a trade business is not just tools and vans. It is pressure. It is responsibility. It is thinking about money at night.

I know that feeling.

So I added something new.

Two Modes Inside Crivata Mate

You will now see two clear options inside Crivata Mate:

• Real Talk

Business Mode

Business mode is what you already know.

It looks at your jobs, invoices, and leads. It helps you move the business forward.

That stays exactly the same.

Real Talk Mode

Real Talk is different.

It is not therapy. It is not medical advice. It is not deep psychology.

It is just a space to talk like a normal human.

If you had a rough day, you can say that. If a client pushed you too far, you can say that. If you feel stressed about money, you can say that.

Mate will:

• listen without judging
• ask one simple question
• help you pick one small next step

Nothing dramatic. Nothing complicated. Just steady support.

What Real Talk Is Not

This feature is not a replacement for real people.

If something sounds serious, Mate will clearly tell you to speak to a real person. It will point you towards proper help in the UK.

Some things need humans, not software.

Crivata Mate still works exactly as before in Business mode.
